LOS ANGELES - A private funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon for actress Farrah Fawcett, who died Thursday at the age of 62 after a lengthy battle with cancer. Church officials say the service is set for 4 p.m. PDT.
The service, which is closed to the public and the media, will be held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles. RadarOnline.com has posted images of the cathedral.
According to UPI.com , Fawcett's son, Redmond O'Neal, will be temporarily released to attend her funeral. O'Neal is serving a jail sentence for violating probation on drug charges.
A native of Corpus Christi, Texas, and best known for her role in TV's "Charlie's Angels," Fawcett chronicled her battle with cancer in a documentary called "Farrah's Story" that aired last month.
