CW Austin Star Audition Checklist

Ok, you've got your clothes picked out, your hair appointment scheduled, and three alarms set to make sure you don't miss the live auditions. That's great, but there are a few things that you should make sure are taken care of as well. This, my friends, is your official checklist for the CW Austin Star Live Auditions. You will need:

• Completed CW Austin Star Audition Application
• A copy of a Texas Driver's License OR An out of state driver’s license AND another appropriate photo ID
• THREE photographs, each clearly labeled on the back with your name and the city/town nearest your home. One must be a close-up, and one must be a full length photograph (clothed). Only one picture can be black and white. No logo or other intellectual property that you do not possess full rights to shall be included.
• 60-SECOND PLEA (memorized) to the viewers for their votes and why you should be the Next CW STAR. Once the time has started it will not be reset, you will not be allowed to re-record. Your 1:00 minute plea will be posted at thecwaustin.com if you are chosen as a semi-finalist or finalist.

For official rules, click here . Be sure to bring all of these items with you to the live audition to make sure that you get to participate without any snags. Live auditions will be held Saturday, September 22nd at the Hill Country Galleria amphitheater from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We begin registration at 10 a.m. sharp and once the slots are full we have the discretion to cut off the line due to time constraints.
