Getting Your Nutritional Needs During Training!

To train for any race you need energy, and to get energy, you need to eat and I do not mean pizza! I mean the good stuff; the stuff you body wants you to have so it can have completed that race…in record time I might add!

I talked with one of the trainers at Rogue Running about what you should be consuming and when, in order to prevent fatigue and give you the extra boost you need to get you through training.
