What's up Austin? Here are just a few things to help us get to know each other better. Be sure to follow me @CWAustinStar!
Favorite CW Show? My favorite primetime show is NIKITA, I love the action. I’m still a kid at heart, so I always try to catch Dragon Ball Z Kai and-of course- I have to tune into Maury for the results everyday.
Favorite local hangout?I love to eat and play video games, so you can definitely catch me at Dave and Buster’s.
Favorite Music?I listen to a lot of music. My favorite artists are Kanye West, Chamillionaire and Kid Cudi. I also like a lot of underground rap too, guys like Kendrick Lamar, Curren$y and Lon-G.
Favorite Movie? My favorite movie is The Lion King. Just kidding! I love Anchorman, as well as, most Will Ferrell movies and action flicks. I guess my favorite would have to be Tropic Thunder.
Something nobody would guess about you? I’m a closet nerd. I love comic books, especially Batman and Spiderman. I also suffer from a Wikipedia addiction. My brain is filled with enough useless trivia to win game shows for weeks.
What’s the worst job you have ever had? It’s got to be working as a telemarketer. There’s nothing like hearing the wrath of customers that you wake up on a Saturday morning to ask about their long distance.
Favorite Pizza? Stuffed Crust Meat Lovers. Hands down.
Where’s the furthest place away from home you’ve been? The furthest so far has been Washington D.C., but I’ve also been to Florida. I hope to visit London and Brazil.
One thing you can’t live without: My family; they are my support system. Also, my iPhone, it’s the coolest piece of technology I’ve ever owned.
Do you have any siblings? Yes, I have three wonderful sisters and two brothers that are much cooler than me.
Who has been the biggest influence in your life? My Mother; she has always instilled in me a sense of confidence and she has never let me give up.
Where did you graduate from? Rockdale High School in Rockdale, Texas (RTX!) and Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. Axe’em Jacks!
Reactions to finding out you are the next CW Star? Speechless. Disbelief. I tried to stay cool and calm outside, but inside I was screaming my lungs out!
One thing you want to accomplish this year? I want to continue to build the relationship of The CW and Austin. I hope to become fixture of this community.
Finish the statement: If I could do anything right now I would…..
Fly to South Beach, stretch out and sip Piña Coladas as I watch the sunset. In a very manly fashion, of course.
