I got to stop by Manuel’s Restaurant on 3rd & Congress to learn about their Mexican flair! Now, if you are like me and love a zesty Mexican entrée, then Manuel’s is probably the place for you. Marketing and Sales Manager, Monica Ceniceros, talked to us about what you can expect on their 3-course menu  during Sip & Savor Austin and it sounds divine!
