There are lots of opportunities for Central Texas residents to get in the game and tackle hunger:
- Donate at a store: H-E-B and Randalls.
Pre-packed bags of food are available for purchase and donation on site or customers can make a cash donation at the register. All of these donations will go to the Capital Area Food Bank.
- Donate at your door.
Scouts from the Capitol Area Council will come door-to-door to pick up food donations benefiting the Capital Area Food Bank and its partner agencies. If you live in a scout district, you will receive more information about this pick-up program at your home before January 22nd.
- Organize a drive at your church or school.
Groups registered with Souper Bowl of Caring will be equipped with free resource kits to hold their own drives and give 100% of what they collect to the charity of their choice.
- Volunteer.
Serve at a local charity during Souper Bowl of Caring.
